Embody chose Renee for this month’s member, because she not only achieved her weight loss goals, she also has found a sustainable lifestyle that continues to yield healthy progress!
Renee has improved her deadlift strength by 100lb over the course of 9 months, hitting 215lb in October. She has also improved her cardiovascular endurance, crushing the assault bike every time she gets on it. Now her everyday routine consists of ordering salads at a restaurant instead of fries, showing up that vegetables are always a priority! Renee’s consistency has motivated so many others in the gym to show up everyday, despite daily obstacles.
Congratulations Renee on being November’s member of the month! We are all so proud of you! <3
