Valentine’s Day is usually about romantic love—but at Embody Fitness, we believe it’s also about taking care of your body, your health, and your people.

That’s why we’re hosting Love Your Body Week, a full week dedicated to celebrating our clients with workouts, recovery, treats, and community—and giving you the chance to share what you love with a friend.

What Is Love Your Body Week?

Love Your Body Week is our way of saying thank you.

Throughout the week, every client who comes in will enjoy daily appreciation swag, recovery-focused goodies, and a little extra love from our coaching team. It’s also the perfect time to bring a friend to train with you or gift them a free session.

Whether you come for one workout or several, we want you to feel supported, celebrated, and reminded why investing in your health matters.


Daily Swag Lineup 💕

Here’s what we’re sharing all week long:

Monday – Recess Drinks + Ponytail Holders

Start the week refreshed with a Recess drink and a practical little extra to get you through your workout.

Tuesday – Protein Ball Treats

Enjoy delicious, macro-friendly protein balls from Lovely Meal Prep—a sweet treat that still supports your goals.

Wednesday – Recovery Day

Pink lacrosse balls to help you release tight muscles and recover smarter between sessions.

Thursday – Coffee Day

Fuel your workout (or your day) with Cheri Coffee.

Friday – Appreciation Day

Handwritten thank-you cards from our team and relaxing bath salts—because consistency deserves recognition.

Saturday (Optional) – Bonus Swag

Missed something earlier in the week? We’ll have leftover Recess, recovery tools, ponytail holders, and bath salts available while supplies last.


Bring a Friend & Share the Love 🤍

Love Your Body Week is also our Bring-a-Friend Week.

If you’ve ever had someone ask, “Where do you work out?”—this is the week to invite them in.

How It Works:

  • Bring a friend to work out with you OR
  • Gift a friend a free intro session
  • If they attend, your friend gets special swag from us
  • Make sure to tell your coach if you bring a friend so we can customize the workout for ya’ll
  • All we need is your friend’s name, number and email address to attend. <3

No pressure. No awkward sales pitch. Just an opportunity to share something that’s made a positive difference in your life.

Most of our members find us because someone they trust recommended us. Love Your Body Week is about celebrating that connection—supporting your body, strengthening friendships, and building a community that trains together.
